  14. Prepare 4 black cardamom
  15. Get 2 cinnamon sticks
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp zeera
  17. Make ready 4 green cardamom
  18. Take Garnishing
  19. Prepare Green chilli half cut
  20. Take leaves Green coriander
  21. Take slices Lemon
  22. Make ready Green mint chopped
  23. Prepare 1/4 tsp food color
  24. Get 5 tbsp milk (mix food color)
Instructions to make Barbeque Beef Tikka Biryani:
  1. First pour Ghee in a pan and add oinons for frying.
  2. Add meat with Ginger Garlic paste and cook until turn it's cook and all moisture dries from it.
  3. Add water (as required) and cook for 15 minutes in pressure cooker the is meat is tender.
  4. Mean while mix the biryani Masala in yoghurt and red chilli whole.
  5. Now add yoghurt and cook on high flame. when Gravy become thick and Ghee separates.
  6. Then add Garam Masala Powder and mix well. At top place foil with burning coal and immediately cover the pan.
  7. Soak the rice 15 minutes.
  8. Boil the rice add Black cardamom,zeera, cinnamon stick and green cardamom. When rice is 3/4 done drain in a stainer.
  9. Mix the color in milk
  10. Put a little ghee or oil in the base of pan and make a layer of the rice.
  11. Add the layer of prepared beef and covered with a second layer of rice.
  12. Garnish the green chilli, fresh coriander leaves,mint and lemon slices.
  13. Add the food color and cover the lid.
  14. Low heat flame on stove then place a flat tawa under Neath it and simmer for 15 minutes for low flame.
  15. Mix gently and serve hot with Salad and Raita.
