The ingredients needed to make Veg pulao:
  1. Take 2 cup rice
  2. Take as required Chopped vegetables, carrot, potato, green peas, onion,tomato

  7. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Veg pulao:
  1. Firstly heat oil into s pressure cooker, further add cumin seeds, cloves and bay leaf.
  2. Now saute onion until it becomes light brown further saute tomato.
  3. And add also spices roast until becomes oil separate.
  4. Further add all chopped vegetables and green peas and add water also.
  5. Now add soaked rice mix well. Turn off the gas after two whistle.
  6. After completely cooked and pour orange food colour. Mix after 5 minutes.
  7. Ready veg pulao serve with curd or pickle.
