Steps to make Quiche:

  3. In another bowl add the single cream, milk, eggs, cheese, pinch salt, pinch black pepper and maggi to taste (grate the cheese first before adding to the cream). Mix very well with fork or whisker
  4. Now pour your ham and beans filling into the the pastry level it well in the pastry and pour in your liquid.
  5. Bake in the oven for 150degree for an hour until it is brow to your satisfaction. Note your oven should not be over hot so that it will cook well inside
  6. Once it is ready remove from the over set aside to cook before you can cut.
