  2. Make ready 1 cups boiled yellow beans split (Daal)

  12. Prepare 3 potatoes boiled
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  14. Get 2 tsp corn flour
  15. Prepare 1 tsp semolina
  16. Take 2 tsp oil for shallow fry or 1/4 pan oil for deep fry
  17. Take Salt
Steps to make Stuffed Tikki:
  1. In pan heat oil, give tadka with seeds and the add onion, chilli and garlic paste
  2. Now add garam masala, daal and salt, keep this dry mixture aside
  3. Now add all ingredients of Tikki, make ball, flat it on palm add daal stuffing, close it from all side and again make it as covers ball.
  4. Press it in between palm and give shape of Tikki, shallow fry or deep fry in oil, serve with chutney or sauce
