  4. When dough has formed, turn it out on to parchment paper and form a ball
  5. Lightly coat a large bowl with oil place dough in bowl, turn over to coat with pil, cover and place in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour
  6. Turn the dogh ot onto a lightly floured work surface and flatten it and do 6 folds as shown, let rest 5 minuytes
  7. Repeat this process 5 more timed, then cover with plastic wrap to rest 10 minutes
  8. Cut into 18 to 20 rolls, making each roll into a ball, place on parchment paper, cober and let rise in a warm spot until doubled, about 20 to 25 minutues
  9. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 375, bake rolls 11 to 15 miinutes, until golden and sound hollow when tapped. Brush with melted honey butter. Servecwarm. They can be frozen and reheated in a warm oven
