The ingredients needed to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Prepare big bunch ugwu leaf (sliced)
  2. Get big bunch waterleaf (sliced)
  3. Take chopped kpomo
  4. Prepare dry catfish
  5. Get crayfish
  6. Make ready fresh pepper
  7. Take small onion bulb
  8. Make ready maggi cube
  9. Prepare palm oil
  10. Get salt
Steps to make Vegetable soup:
  1. Wash pepper and onion then blend together.Then wash dry fish with warm water and salt.
  2. Add washed dryfish with kpomo in a clean water,with salt and maggi with little water then boil for 15min.
  3. Add blended ingredient, crayfish then add palm oil allow to boil for 5min.
  4. Then add waterleaf then allow to boil for 5min, add ugwu leaf stir and allow to heat for 3min.Mix everything together then off heat.
  5. Serve vegetable soup with semo or fufu.
