1. First boil the corn kernels
2. Chop all the vegetables very fine…use chopper
3. Heat oil in a pan
4. Add garlic ginger chilli and sauté for a minute
5. Then add only onion part and cook for a while
6. Add all other vegetables and sauté it on high flame for 3-4mins.
7. Add salt and black pepper powder
8. In a bowl add 1tbsp corn flour with 3-4tbsp water and mix
9. Add 3cups of water to the veggie mix..
10. Add boiled corns and corn flour mix….mix well.
11. Let it boil for sometime or say around 5-7mins
12. It is ready…garnish with green part of spring onion and serve hot.
13. While serving you can add vinegar soya sauce etc for better taste
14. Add more corn flour if you want thick consistency.
