Cheese-Feathered Hanetsuki Gyōza is a dish made by Sōma Yukihira during his Shokugeki against Etsuya Eizan. Utilizing a Hanetsuki styled Gyōza, Sōma used Parmesan cheese, satsuma jidori bone soup.
