  1. Prepare vegetable stock
  2. Prepare green chillies chopped
  3. Take ginger grated (thai ginger)
  4. Take lemon grass chopped (optional)

  7. Get soya sauce
  8. Take sliced mushrooms

Steps to make Healthy Soup:
  1. In big pan boiled vegetable stock add butter, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, vegetable, lemon grass, green chilli and tofu/paneer.
  2. Simmer till the vegetables are tender for five minutes.
  3. Add soya sauce, spring onion, black pepper powder and salt.
  4. Boil for a few more minutes. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Transfer in soup bowl and add lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
