Prepare 300 gram sweet potatoes

Make ready as per required oil to grease pan / shallow fry
Steps to make Sweet Potato kabab:
Firstly boil sweet potatoes into cooker wait for 2 whistles. let it some cool.
Now peel and grate boiled sweet potatoes.
Add other ingredients except sesame seed and mix well, make like dough.
Now take some dough and give shape like kabab. Make all kabab like this.
Roll these kababs into sesame seeds.
Now grease the non-stick pan set kababs on it and cook from both sides by turn their sides.
