To your mince (I went with chicken), add the onions, ginger, garlic, chillies, salt, pepper and the chicken seasoning
Mix it well, so all the ingredients are combined
Next form small bite size balls, roll each in breadcrumbs and fry evenly in some hot oil
Make sure your meat balls are cooked through
Drain the meat balls in some absorbent paper and set aside
In your slow cooker, add a good amount of hickory bbq sauce
Add the meat balls and give it all a good mix, so the meat balls are evenly coated with the sauce
I turned on the slow cooker and left it on for 6hrs
When it was time for the dinner party, I spooned the meatballs and sauce in a serving bowl
