Instructions to make Spicy Besan Mini Pan Cake:
  1. Take a bowl, add besan, salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, hing, mix well.
  2. Now add chopped onion, tomato, ginger chilli, coriander leaves, curd, mix well. Add gradually water as needed to make pouring consistency of batter. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter. Cover with a plate, keep aside for at least 10 minutes to rest batter.
  3. Now heat a minivan cake pan, on low to medium flame on gas. Grease with a little oil. Mix batter once again. Now pour besan batter in each part of the pan, pour very little oil on sides of each round pancake, cook for 2 minutes, flip all pancakes, pour little oil, cook for 2 minutes, when it turns golden brown in color, transfer in a plate.
  4. Make all pancakes in the same process. Ready to serve, or to pack for tiffin.
  5. Serve hot with coriander, green chilli chutney, garlic red chilli chutney of your choice or with tomato ketchup.
