  2. Gently massage EVOO on to top and bottom of roast along with all dry seasonings evenly.
  3. Put roast into large size gallon bag and add liquid ingredients push all air out and close.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours and bake on 350 1 hour and a half, best if cooked in convection oven
