  3. Cut a pocket in each pork chop
  4. Spoon ~1/2 cup stuffing in each pork chop, and secure with kitchen string.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  6. Brown in remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on both sides of the chops.
  7. Place in greased baking dish, pour remaining broth over pork. Cover and bake for 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear.
