  1. Wash,peel and dice plantains in a bowl and set aside
  2. In a medium sized pot,add water,enough to cook the plantain and allow to boil
  3. Pour the diced plantain into the pot of boiling water,cook for like 10 mins
  4. Add pepper,crayfish,2 knorr cubes, onions,scent leaves, dry fish, periwinkles,salt and palm oil without stirring and cook for 10 mins or till the plantain is soft
  5. Stir and then simmer under low heat for like 2 mins
  6. It's ready to be served
