  2. Juice the lemon into the walnut powder, add the water to it and mix well. Pour the liquid mixture and the oil into the dry mixture and stir until they’re well incorporated.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and place in a preheated oven, bake at 200 degree Celsius for 40 minutes. Or you can insert a tooth pick or knife to see if it comes off clean. Allow to cool, then remove from pan and slice.
