Get grated cabbage + cabbage
Take grated cauliflower

Assemble all ingredients. Grate cabbage & cauliflower.
Squeeze it's juice. Keep it aside. Add corn flour, bread crumb, 1 tbsp soya sauce, Ajinomoto, black pepper, half of garlic (crushed) and salt.
Mix all properly. Make lemon size balls.
Heat appa pan. Keep balls in each pit. Cook it on slow flame.
Flip them and cook all sides until golden brown.
Now cut rest of veggies.
Add soya sauce, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
Heat Kadhai. Add onion & crushed garlic. Saute until translucent.
Add all veggies and paneer pieces. Saute all.
Add salt, black pepper, tomato sauce and soya sauce slurry. Bring it a boil.(if required add 1/2 cup water)
Add Manchurian balls. Bring it a boil.
Oil free Paneer Manchurian is ready to serve.
Serve with chapati or nann.
