Prepare 1 tbsp black pepper powder
Make ready 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli

Prepare 2 spoons corn flour
Prepare as required Spring onions and coriander leaves for garnishing
Prepare as required Edible oil
Take as required Spring onions and chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian:
Take all the vegetables and cheese, finely chopped,along with ginger garlic paste,corn flour, wheat flour,Salt, black pepper
Mix them well adding water as required for consistency
Make round balls out of the thick vegetable mixture
Now deep fry balls in a pan
Heat some oil in a pan and roast ginger garlic paste chopped green chillies in it for a while
Add chopped onion/spring onions roast it again
Add tomato puree tomato ketchup,soya sauce,chilli sauce,vinegar,salt and black pepper
Take a small bowl, add corn flour or water in it and make a thick mixture without lumps
Add corn flour mixture to the pan.mix them well
Mix thoroughly and add fried vegetable balls into the mixture
Garnish with spring onions and chopped coriander leaves and serve
