  1. Melt butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions & capsicum and saute until golden brown. Add the all purpose flour and cook on medium flame until it is slightly browned and the raw smell goes away. Slowly add the milk, simmer the heat to low and whisk the sauce until it is thickened. Add corn kernels and cook for a minute. Add herbs, pepper powder, oregano + chilli flakes, the grated cheese, & salt and mix well until the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove the pan from heat and keep it aside. Cut the bread slices into triangles and spread butter over the bread. Top them generously with the cheesy corn sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake for 10 minutes until the bread is lightly browned from the sides. Carefully remove from the oven and serve warm with ketchup or sauce of your choice.
