The ingredients needed to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. Prepare 2 shredded cabbage
  2. Make ready 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  3. Get 1 1/-2 tsp soya sauce
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 teaspoon green chilli
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger- garlic paste
  6. Make ready 2 chopped,grated carrot
  7. Prepare 1 cup cauliflower
  8. Prepare As per taste Salt
  9. Prepare 1 gram white pepper powder
  10. Make ready 2 tsp corn starch
  11. Make ready 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  12. Take 1 cup oil
  13. Make ready 5 tbsp water

  16. Prepare 4 cloves garlic
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  18. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  19. Make ready 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Veg Manchurian:
  1. Add Finely chop or grate cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum & spring onions and in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze out all the water from the vegetables after chopping them
  3. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Pepper and Soy Sauce. Add little amount of salt
  4. Add All-purpose Flour (Maida) and Corn Flour / Cornstarch.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well. If the mixture looks too wet, you can add some more All-purpose Flour to absorb the excess water.
  6. Form small balls from the mixture and fry them in hot oil on medium heat
  7. It is best to keep making the balls and frying them simultaneously.
  8. Fry one side till it turns golden brown and then gently flip them over to fry the other side.
  9. Remove the balls from the oil and place them on an absorbent paper to drain the excess oil.
  10. For gravy–Now for the gravy, heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli and roast them.
  11. Add onions & Spring Onions and fry them on high heat till they turn golden brown.
  12. Then add Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Green Chilli Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, salt & pepper and little water.
  13. You can add 1 teaspoon corn flour to thicken the gravy if required.
  14. Add the Manchurian balls to the gravy and toss gently to coat them with the sauces. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  15. And veg gravy manchurian is ready to serve.
