  2. Take 1/2 cup Rice flour
  3. Take 4 tbsp Corn flour

  7. Get 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  11. Prepare 1 onion (Chopped to Medium size)
  12. Take 10 pieces Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  13. Get 1 Capsicum (cut to medium size pieces)
  14. Take 3 Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  15. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  16. Get 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  17. Take 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  18. Get As required Oil
  19. Prepare As per taste Salt
Steps to make Gobhi Manchurian:
  1. In a pan add water, pinch of turmeric powder, Salt. Let it boil. Now add the cut cauliflower florets. Once cooked drain the water.
  2. Add the ingredients under Batter to a bowl with water. Make sure the consistency is like dosa batter.
  3. To the batter add the cauliflower florets and mix them. The florets should be coated well with the batter.Fry them in oil.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and once heated up add the sliced garlic and fry it to golden brown. Now add the onions, green chillies,capsicum and salt and saute for few minutes.
  5. Add Soy sauce, chilli Sauce and tomato sauce to the mixture.
  6. Mix 1 tbsp of corn flour with water. Add the slurry to the pan and the fried cauliflower and mix them well.
