  2. Half boil the mince meat with seasoning and spices. Soutee chopped onion and grounded peppers with little oil and pour the mince meat onto it.
  3. Mix well, add the seasoning, ginger powder and curry to taste. Cover and allow it to cook completely.
  4. Roll the dough flat using a chopping board and rolling pin, cut it into circle. Put some meat fillings onto the dough, fold it to make a semi circle, sprinkle water at the edges and pinch the edges with a fork.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining pieces.
  6. Fry both sides on a medium heat until slightly brown.
  7. Drain the excess oil and serve.
