  2. In bowl take corn flour,all purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt,food colour add ginger garlic paste mix well
  3. Put some water make batter now put all veggies in it.
  4. Heat oil for frying.fry manchurian.take out sprinkler paprika powder and chat masala. It's optional because I kept it like pakoda if you want you can toss in soy sauce and chilly sauce.
