Take 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
Prepare 1 tsp chili sauce
Get 1 Tbsp corn starch mix with 1/2 cup water
Make ready For Sauté Vegetables
Take 1 Tbsp olive oil
Take 1 green bell pepper cut into length wise
Get 10 pces of green French beans > cut into small pieces
Prepare 1 Tomato cut into medium size cubes (discard seeds)
Instructions to make Cauliflower Manchurian in Air fryer # theme challenge:
Mix ingredients for cauliflower chunks and keep aside
Mix ingredients for paste and add to prepared cauliflower chunks, mix well
Preheat the Air fryer for 3 minutes on 200’C (if you don’t have Air fryer, you can deep fry the chunks)
Grease the air fryer bowl with olive oil and spread the chunks in single layer
Put it on the air fryer for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes open the fryer and brush cauliflower chunks with olive oil and put it back for another 15 minutes, (cook the next batch similarly)
Meanwhile prepare the Manchurian sauce, in a frying pan add 2 Tbsp olive oil, add asafetida, ginger, chili, cabbage, tomatoes sautéed for 2 minutes add all the ingredients for sauce
For sauté vegetables, put 1 Tbsp olive oil into sauce pan, saute all 3 vegetables separately for a minute and keep aside
Assemble all the ingredients, cooked cauliflower chunks mix into hot Manchurian sauces, add sautéed vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust salt,spices and water, mix well and serve piping hot healthy cauliflower manchurian with rice, garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves
