- এবার একটাকড়াই নিয়ে তাতে পরিমাণ মতো তেল গরম করে তাতে তেজপাতা দিয়ে রসুণ বাটা ও পেঁয়াজ বাটা দিয়ে ভালো করে বাদামি করে ভেজে নিয়ে আদা বাটা,টমেটো কুচি,হলুদ গুড়ো,লঙ্কা গুড়ো,কাঁচা লঙ্কা চেরা,ধনে গুড়ো,জিরা গুড়ো,লবণ ও অল্প জল দিয়ে ভালো করে কষিয়ে নিতে হবে মশলা থেকে তেল বেরনো পর্যন্ত ।এরপর ফুলকপি আর আলু গুলো দিয়ে কষিয়ে কশুরি মেথি আর গরম মশলা গুড়ো দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে ।
- এরপর পরিমাণ গরম জল দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশিয়ে ফুটে উঠলে ভেজে রাখা ডিম গুলো দিয়ে 5মিনিট মতো রান্না করে নামিয়ে নিলেই হবে,
