The ingredients needed to make Coke Chicken Wing:
  1. Get 10 pieces chicken wings
  2. Get 330 ml Coke (do not use Diet Coke)
  3. Get 20 g Ginger
  4. Get 30 ml soy sauce
  5. Prepare 5 pieces Garlic
  6. Prepare Chilli (optional)
  7. Get Spring Onion (optional)
Instructions to make Coke Chicken Wing:
  1. Clean the chicken wings then leave them in soy sauce and coke for 4 hours
  2. Put the chicken wings in oven until the skin is crispy (you can skip this step if you prefer wings with tender skin)
  3. Stir fry garlic, ginger and spring onion
  4. Put the soy sauce and coke along with the chicken wings into the pot. Cover and cook with medium heat for 40 minutes
  5. Take out the wings, continue cook the sauce until it’s concentrated and thick. Pour the sauce on top of the chicken wings. Voilà ❤️
