Instructions to make Chinese briyani:
  1. Soak the rice first..
  2. Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces and boil it with the addition of salt and black pepper
  3. Chop the carrot,green capsicum and green onion into small cuts..
  4. Now take oil and add zeera into it. Then add carrot and fry it for 10 mins.
  5. Then add green capsicum and boiled chicken and add all the spices mention above
  6. Cook for 15 minutes and add green onion
  7. Then boil the rice..
  8. Then cut potatoes and make French fries of it.
  9. Now take eggs in a bowl..beat it well with salt and food colour..
  10. In fry pan take oil and add egg into it. Then whisk it well
  11. Then take boil rice first in a patila then add prepare stuff of vegetables, half egg and half French fries.
  12. Then again add boil rice over it.Add some food colour.
  13. Add remaining egg and French fries and garnish it with hara dhaniya
  14. Keep on stove for 15 minutes..first 5 minutes on high flame then other 10 minutes on low flame..
