  1. Take bowl and add suji & buttermilk.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Mix well & cover.
  4. Rest 15 minS.
  5. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
  6. Add green chilli & curry leaves, onion mix well & fry 1 min.
  7. Add all veggies and fry 2 to 3 minS.
  8. Add dry masala and fry 1 min.
  9. Add the veggies mixture and suji batter.
  10. Mix well and make a thick batter.
  11. Heat a pan.
  12. Pure ½ cup mixture in the pan.
  13. Spread the circle shape
  14. Cover and cook 4 to 5 minS both sides.
  15. Till golden colour.
