  1. Sare ingredients ka precise weight dekh lein pehle (aur bowl ka weight tear krna lazmi hai).
  2. Chalein ab Darud shareef parhein aur start krein kaam. Sab se pehle chicken mein salt 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder, aur haldi dalein.
  3. Ab cumin powder, coriander powder aur chaat masala dalein.
  4. Ab tartric acid aur ginger garlic paste dalein aur marinate hone ke liye rakh dein.
  5. Ab aik bartan mein water dalein. Ab 3 tbs salt, aur sabit garam masala dalein aur 1 min baad rice b add kar dein.
  6. Rice ko 7 min ke liye medium flame par pakein ya phir 88% tak pakain aur chan lein aur side par rakh dein.
  7. Ab aik bartan mein oil dalein aur tez pata dal kar 30 sec keliye fry krein ab chicken daal kar 8 mins ke liye medium flame par fry krein.
  8. Ab iss mein onions ka paste dalein aur 5 mins ke liye medium flame par pakein. Ab 1/2 tsp salt aur dalein aur biryani massala daal kar thora fry kar lein.
  9. Ab chicken aisa lag raha ho ga. Iss point par tomato puree dalein aur green chillies dalein aur 3 mins tak fry krein.
  10. Ab yogurt daal kar 5 mins ke liye mazeed pakein. Ab boil kiye huwe chawal dal kar uss ke uper food colour daal kar 15 mins ke liye low flame par dam de dein.
  11. Yaad rakhein 15 min dam ane ke 10 min tak dhakan na kholein. 10 min baad garam garam serve krein. Ye biryani aisi hai ke raite ke bagair bhi bohot achi lagti hai. Itni mehnat ki ha zarur batiya ga kaisi bani.
