Get 150-200 gm kabuli chana (chickpea)

Boiled the chana with 1/2 tsp salt and water. Drain the water.
In a bowl beat one egg and add all the listed ingredients.
Mix it well to form a thick consistency of batter.
Now add the boiled kabuli chana and mix it nicely that all the chana coated with batter perfectly.
Keep it aside for 1-2 hours for marination.
Now heat up a pan with oil.
Add the garlic cloves (don’t peel off) into the oil and fry till it is golden brown in colour.
Now drop the chana in oil carefully and fry it for 1 minute. Now take them out on a kitchen towel.
Now dust some salt on the top of fried garlic and fried kabuli chana.
