Instructions to make Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Grind smashed Sweet potatoes and Condensed milk in mixer grinder into smooth puree. Chop dark chocolate compound into pieces and keep in a bowl, roast dryfruits on slow flame cool chop into pieces.
  2. Melt dark chocolate compound by double bath process add butter and mix till melts and merges well. Heat a pan add Sweet potato and Condensed milk 's puree and cook on slow flame.
  3. Add melted chocolate and butter mix well stir continuously till thickens add chopped dryfruits mix well. Turn off gas.
  4. Transfer in rectangular mould lined with parchment paper and keep it in the till sets well. Remove unmould and remove parchment paper and garnish with pista flakes, edible silver sprinkles and walnuts. Yummy Sweet Potato Chocolate Fudge is ready to serve.
