  15. Get 2 Onion finely chopped
  16. Prepare 3 Tomato diced
  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  18. Get 2 Green chilies chopped
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp Saunf
  20. Take 1/2 tsp jeera
  21. Take 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  22. Get 2-3 laung (cloves)
  23. Get 2-3 Cardamom (Hari ellaychi)
  24. Get 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  25. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  26. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder
  27. Get 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  28. Prepare 3-4 tbsp oil
  29. Get 2 tsp Malai /cream
  30. Get to taste Salt

At home, we call it 'methi na muthiya' in the. Methi Muthia, a popular Gujarati snack made with Methi Leaves, wheat flour, besan and other spices and steam cooked and shallow fried to get crispy Muthias.   1. Kofta method: Mix all ingredients of kofta.
  2. Combine all & bind soft dough. If required add more curd in it.

  4. Boil 3 cup water in a wok. Add kofta balls in it. Boil for 15 minutes. Check with knife. If not cooked. Cook it more for 1-2 minutes. Switch off gas. Keep aside.
  5. Gravy method ; Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cloves, cardamom, Jeera, saunf, hing. Let all brown. Add chopped onion, saute for 2-3 minutes. When onions leaves oil add garlic paste, tomato chopped, green chillies. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add all masalas of gravy. Mix all & cook till oil separates Kadhai. Mash with masher.
  6. Now add koftas including it's water. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now simmer gas add Malai in it. Mix well.
  7. Serve with tandoori roti or Jeera rice.
