  1. Get 150 gm Maida
  2. Make ready 200 gm Mithai Mate
  3. Prepare 4 tbsps Amul butter
  4. Make ready 100 gm Khoya (Mawa) unsweetened
  5. Make ready 3/4 cup Milk
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp Sugar
  7. Get 1 tbsp Baking powder
  8. Get 1 tbsp Soda bi carb
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp Pistachio Kaju coarse powder
Instructions to make Eggless Mawa Cake:
  1. First Keep oven for preheating at high temperature..for 10mins.
  2. Add baking powder and soda bi carb..to Maida flour..Seive this mixture trice..keep aside.Add sugar to milk..mix well.,keep aside.
  3. Grease the cake tin with butter and Maida flour.
  4. Divide the Maida flour mixture into four parts.
  5. Now in mixing bowl..add butter beat till fluffy.Add Mithai mate..mix well.
  6. Now add one part of Maida flour mixture..mix well add little sweetend milk..mix well.Repeat this process three more times.. till all Maida flour mixture and sweetend milk used.
  7. Now add crumble Khoya(Mawa)…to prepare cake batter..mix lightly.
  8. Pour this Khoya(Mawa) Cake batter in grease cake tin. sprinkle Pistachio & Cashew it coarse powder. Cover the cake tin with Aluminium foil.
  9. Bake the Khoya (Mawa) cake in Oven on high temperature.(250C).for 10 mins..later lower temperature to 180C..bake cake for 40mins.
  10. Cool and cut the baked Khoya (Mawa) cake into required pieces.
  11. For TODDLERS to RELISH.
