  1. Firstly to prepare marinade add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder/blender,(not charcoal)make a smooth paste, clean the chicken &give cuts to the pieces so that marinade gets penetrated well in the pieces, apply this marinade to chicken pieces thoroughly..
  2. Now keep a piece of charcoal on flame, place a small cup in between the marinated chicken bowl keep the charcoal in the cup pour some oil on top of that when it starts smoking cover the lid and let it sit for 30 minutes.it gives nice smokey flavour to the chicken.
  3. Keep grill pan/or regular pan on a medium flame apply little oil place the chicken pieces do not over crowd it cook it about 10 minutes,until browned and pieces starting to char then flip it to other side,cook for another 10 minutes until browned,and well cooked..
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan garnish with some parsley/coriander leaves serve hot…
