place chicken on cling film & hammer thin.
in a bowl mix cream cheese, parsley, garlic & curry powder. salt & pepper and mix together.
place cream fillin in centre of chicken breast & roll with the cling film into a tube. make sure its sealed tight & place in fridge for 2 hours.
pre heat oven gas mark 7. add little oil to baking tray, on another put your potato slices in.

four cheese sauce: add milk & butter to pan, bring to boil then add all cheese. allow to simmer for 20 minutes. keep stirring dont allow to burn.
rice: add salt n pepper to hot water & add rice, once cooked add the paprika, pour into a tray covered with foil, make into a pouch with a small air gap & put in ovem for 2 minutes then serve.
