  1. Sieve the maida,backimg powder snd soda together.
  2. Combine together malai sugar and essence whip it well.
  3. Add Maida mixture and milk alternately.gently mix it.
  4. Add yellow colour to it.mix well.batter should be in dropping consistency.
  5. Pour batter in a greased and dusted bread tin.sprinkle dryfruits on top of batter.
  6. Bake it in pre heated oven at 180degree for 35-40mins.
