Recipe: - 1. Parboil rice - 2. Break coconut (to easily remove the hard part of the coconut, pour the coconut water on it. Makes it easy to remove). - 3. Blend coconut, and drain it. remove the chaff. Make sure to squeeze the chaff to make sure theres no more coconut milk so you can keep adding water till it's clean)
Cut your onions, blend your tomato and pepper, with garlic and ginger. - 5. Heat up your groudnut oil in a pot, and when it's ready fry the oinions, tomato amd pepper. Fry till it's good enough (like when you want to cook jollof rice.) PS : you don't need too much jollof rice, the tomato is for colour. - 6. Fry your fish in a frying pan while this is going on or you can fry your fish when the rice is already on heat
Add your coconut milk into the fried tomato sauce, add yoyr spice to taste and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. - 8. Add your perboiled rice and steer a bit. Cover your pot and let it boil. Do not add too much water so it won't be soggy. - 9.check your rice to make sure it's ready. Mix the rice from up to down, to make sure that the ingredients that must have gone down would be mixed properly.
Salad recipe
Wash your vegetables - 2. Cut your vegetables - 3. Add the beetroot and potato in a pot and boil for 15mins (potato should be ready, if not keep boilinh until it is soft) - 4.mix your veggies with the boiled beetroot and potato in a bowl, add your irish cream. Your salad is ready.
