The ingredients needed to make Veggie Alfredo:
  1. Prepare Angel hair spaghetti pasta (6 servings)
  2. Get Water (approximately 1 gal for boiling)
  3. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Make ready 1 cup Baby carrots
  5. Get 1 cup Broccoli (Chopped)
  6. Make ready 1 cup Collflower (Chopped)
  7. Take 2 cups Meatballs
  8. Prepare Alfredo Sauce 3 - 16oz jars
  9. Take 1 tbl spoon Vegetable oil
  10. Get 1 bell sweet pepper (optional/Chopped)
  11. Get Butter on top (optional)
Steps to make Veggie Alfredo:
  1. Add water and salt in deep pan and vegetable oil along with spaghetti pasta and let boil until tender.
  2. In skillet, brown meatballs and cook all chopped vegetables together with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  3. Steam baby carrots until tender and add to meatball & veggies.
  4. When all is cooked combine with Alfredo Sauce, pasta and let simmer on low heat for ten minutes then serve.
