  7. Drizzle the remaining cooking sauce over the rice/ veg pot and fry the eggs.
  8. Fill a bowl with rice, veg and beef and top with a fried egg.

This makes the rice and fillings sizzle when they are placed in the bowl. It is also served with kimchi, a spicy sweet and sour condiment made from fermented vegetables (cabbage, radish.
