It goes well with a simple raitha or pickle or just curd. Today we will learn how to make gobi paratha/cauliflower paratha following this easy recipe. Transfer hot cauliflower to a blender and add cream. Blend until very smooth; season with salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Cauliflower and Celery Paratha:
  1. Add wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a soft dough by adding water slowly and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Grate cauliflower and ginger. Chop celery and green chilli and mix. Mix all herbs as mentioned above. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Knead wheat flour dough again. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Dust the ball with dry wheat flour.
  4. Roll chapatti. Liberally apply cooking oil on it and then dust it with wheat flour.
  5. Keep stuffing over it and fold all corners to centre making a ball.
  6. Roll paratha now.
  7. Heat a griddle and place rolled paratha on it and roast on medium flame for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 2 minutes. Flip again.
  8. Now apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with butter.

Transfer hot cauliflower to a blender and add cream. Blend until very smooth; season with salt and pepper.
