  11. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. Make ready 1 tsp cumin paste or powder
  13. Get 1 tbsp oil
  14. Take 1 bay leaf
  15. Get 1 tomato (chopped)
Instructions to make Paneer,Cauliflower in a ligh gravy:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan & fry the cauliflowers.
  2. Boiled the potatoes & cut them into cubes. Put the paneer cubes in boiled water for 5-10 minutes & then drain the water.
  3. Remove the cauliflowers from the oil & in the same oil add slitted green chillies, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods.
  4. Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger, cumin paste or powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, boiled potatoes & sprinkle some water & mix well.
  5. Then add the fried cauliflowers & 1 cup warm water & give a boil.
  6. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cauliflowers are just tender.
  7. Then add the paneer cubes, cover & cook. For another 5 minutes. Bring it to a simmer.
  8. Transfer it to a serving bowl & serve with phulkas, parathas,luchi/ puri & enjoy.
