  1. Washed the Quinoa and then toast it on medium flame to get roasted aroma then add 4 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt and keep it for boiling
  2. Now in pan take oil, give tadka with seeds and sauté garlic and Onion
  3. Add all veggies, salt, and spices and mix well, cover the lid
  4. In between checked if veggies are not soft then add little water and cook for few mins
  5. Add boiled Quinoa and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for min
  6. Serve this tasty and Healthy Quinoa with fresh juice
