  3. Later add the tamarind juice add 2 glasses of water let this cook well in a high flame add green chillies and fried brinjal add garam masala powder and cook it for 15min in a high flame stir in between cover with lid on top
  4. Later cook it in a low flame until the pan leaving the oil make sure it is formed thick gravy add the mint and coriander leaves that’s it your done to taste the blissful bagara baingan🍆
