2. Make ready 1/3 minced meat

1. Mix meat,breadcrumbs,scotch bonnet,chopped onions,spices and seasonings mould to form a ball.
2. Use ur hand to flattened the ball to make a parties
3. Grill ur pan and grill for some minutes u can use oven also to bake for 20minutes
4. Mix ketchup and mayonnaise add lillte amount of pepper mix well untill everything is well combined
5. Divide the burger bread into 2 and spread the sauce(ketchup&mayonnaise) in each side and toast.
6. Add cabbage or lettuce(i didn't find lettuce in my area so i used cabbage)followed by burger patties(meat),followed by slice onions,slice cucumber,tomatoes and green pepper.
7. And drizzle the sauce again and close with the other burn(the cover)
