  1. Chop onion,bell pepper and zucchini - Place them in baking tray
  2. Add salt and 1 tsp olive oil
  3. Mix oil and salt in veggies with fingers
  4. Bake them for 10 min.at 180 degree
  5. Add cinnamon powder,haldi powder,coriander powder,jeera powder,pepper powder,olive oil,lemon juice and minced garlic cloves
  6. Mix all of them and add couscous and kishmish
  7. Add hot water and cover bowl with cling
  8. Cover it for 20 mins.
  9. Then mix with fork
  10. Now add baked roasted veggies,grated carrot,kabuli chana,mint and coriander leaves
  11. Mix and toss all finely
  12. Then add pomegranate pearls and almond flakes
