Take 4 cups Water
Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions to make Bisibelabath- one pot recipe:
First dry roast the ingredients given above. Roast the ingredients except coconut into light brown without oil and kept aside.
Then dry roast the coconut that will change into light brown and kept aside. Grind all the roasted ingredients into a fine powder.
Take a small cooker in that add a TSP of oil and add mustard seeds. When it starts sputtering add Fenugreek seeds, coriander leaves. Then add small onion and roast it.
Once the onion colour slightly changes into light brown and then add all the vegetables such as carrot, peas, beans, potato, drumstick, capsicum, sweet corn.
Just roast all the veggies then add rice and toor dal. Don't soak the rice.
Add 4 cups of water and add salt, turmeric powder and dry roast powder.
Then pressure the cooker into 4 whistles. Once the pressure released open the pressure cooker and garnish bisibelabath with cashews if needed.
Serve hot with papad, onion raita and chips. Yummy lunch box recipe. Everyone loves it very much.
