  6. Shape into ball set into a bowl you can spray with nonstick or grease the bowl with vegetable shortening. Then spray the top side with nonstick cover with damp cloth, let it rise about 1 1/2 hours
  7. Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit after the 1 1/2 hours
  8. Punch down on the dough turn dough over again, let rise till double then shape rolls as desired. Put on pan brush with melted butter bake 20-25 minutes till browned on top
