Get as needed Boiled egg, tomato, lemon, carrot for decoration
Instructions to make Spinach-Chicken Rice:
Take a cooking utensil in the gas stove,put the whole spices,2 bayleaf & stir,now put 1.5 cup chopped onion in it.
When chicken is boiled properly,put spinach paste,coriander paste & lemon juice in it and take it off from the gas..
Take another utensil in the gas,put soyab in oil in it,now put the whole spices,bay leaves,saute for a while & put the remaining half cup onion in it..
Put the pulau rice when the onions have turned golden brown,stir for 2/3 minutes & add 2 cups of warm water in it..Now put a drop of green colour in it.
Add the cooked spinach chicken mixture when the rice is cooked,lower the heat of the gas & keep it in simmer for 20 minutes…
Now take it off from the stove,decorate as per your wish,with eggs,tomato,lemon,carrot & your spinach rice is ready to serve !
