Steps to make Veg dum Biryani:
  1. In a pan heat 2 tsp 0il add garam masla and rice and 3-4 p0rti0n extra water. And salt. C00k rice 80% rem0ve water using strainer.. and sprinkle 0il 0n rice and c0l0ur and keep aside
  2. Deep fry all veggies. ie. 0ni0n beans fl0ur. Carr0t etc
  3. In a pan add 4 tsp 0il and half butter and add ginger garlic paste saute f0r min
  4. Add all deep fryed veggies +biryani masla+ mint c0rriender+salt. Curd. All dry masla p0wder. And stir well
  5. In a pan add ab0ve vegetable masala and 0n t0p add rice.. and 0n t0p 0f rice add left butter cubes and keep cl0se the lid t0 give dum
  6. Put the pan 0n griddel 0n medium flame
  7. At the time 0f serving add Barista 0n t0p 0f it and garnish with c0rriender
