  1. Beat eggs with some yellow food colour and salt. Put oil in a pan and add eggs in it, mix quickly and make scrumble.
  2. Saute all veg except spring onion for a minute only.Add salt,black,chicken cube in vegetables.
  3. In another pan add oil n saute garlic then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well. Then Mix all sauces mixture and veg together.keep aside.
  4. Then Mix all sauces mixture and veg together.keep aside.
  5. In a pan put half boil rice,half veg mixture. Little oil,mix it then add remaining rice,veg mixture and spring onion and mix all well.
  6. Put it on dum cooking for 5 min. vegetable fried rice ready..
